we recommend you contact us by email or use the web form above for a prompt
reply.
If you would rather send us a
fax, please fax to 0870-321-1580 if in the UK, or +44-870-321-1580 if outside
of the UK.
You should allow up to 24-48
hours for a response by fax. Please ensure that you include your email address
and username (we will need your username but not password if you are an
existing domain customer). If you have a fax number you should also include
this. We will reply to your faxes by email or to your fax number as a last
resort.
